By enrolling in The Funded Fx Trader Program, you expressly agree to comply with all the terms and conditions set forth by The Funded Fx. Your participation in the program serves as an acknowledgment of your understanding and full acceptance of these terms.

Eligibility:

• The Funded Fx Trader Program is open to individuals who are of legal age in their respective jurisdictions and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
• The Funded Fx reserves the right to assess participants' trading performance during the evaluation phase and make funding decisions accordingly.

Scaling Plan Terms:

• The Evolution Phase comes with one single 10% profit target with no specific time constraints imposed.
• Traders must complete a minimum of 10 days of trading before accessing an eligible client's real account.
• Monthly funds will be deposited into your real account between the 1st and 5th day of each month.
• The maximum volume size is fixed.

• A maximum of 10 live positions can be held by a client at any given time, and for Nano account a maximum of 5 positions can be held.
• Total profit sharing is based on the target, not on your total earnings.

  Evolution Phase:

  Unlock Funded Account

  • To qualify for a live funded account, you must initiate the process by paying the fee.
  • You will begin with a funded demo account.
  • Your objective is to achieve a a straightforward 10% Profit Target in the Demo Account
  • Upon successfully reaching this target, you will be granted a live-funded account.

  Phase wise Profit Sharing:

  Phase 1 - 60% Profit Sharing

  • Base Amount: $10,000
  • Target: 10% of the base amount = $1,000
  • Profit Sharing: 60% of the Target = $600

  Phase 2 - 50% Base Amount Boost + 70% Profit Sharing + Subscription Fee Refund

  • Base Amount after boost: $10,000 + 50% = $15,000
  • Target: 10% of the base amount = $1,500
  • Profit Sharing: 70% of the Target = $1,050
  • Eligible Withdrawal: $1,050 + Subscription Fee Refund

  Phase 3 - 50% Base Amount Boost + 80% Profit Sharing + Subscription Fee Refund

  • Base Amount after boost: $15,000 + 50% = $22,500
  • Target: 10% of the base amount = $2,250
  • Profit Sharing: 80% of the Target = $1,800 + Subscription Fee Refund
  • Eligible Withdrawal: $1,800

  Phase 4 - 50% Base Amount Boost + 90% Profit Sharing + Subscription Fee Refund

  • Base Amount after boost: $22,500 + 50% = $33,750
  • Target: 10% of the base amount = $3,375
  • Profit Sharing: 90% of the Target = $3,037.50
  • Eligible Withdrawal: $3,037.50 + Subscription Fee Refund

  Phase 5: Lifetime Profit Sharing

  • Base Amount after increase: $33,750 + 100% = $67,500
  • Lifetime Profit Sharing: 90% for demonstrating 12 months of consistent and successful trading.

  Please note that these rules and steps are subject to our Terms and Conditions, and we reserve the right to make adjustments or updates as needed.

  Phase Duration: Each phase, starting from Phase 1, lasts one calendar month only. For instance, achieving a profit target in mid or start of a month will unlock the next Phase in the coming calendar month, and will end at with same month's close. However, you can withdraw earned profit sharing anytime upon achievement, taking 5-7 working days to credit.

  Strategic Profit Optimization: Withdrawing the Profit Sharing triggers a subscription refund and closing of The Funded Fx account simultaneously. Yet, clients can Boost their profit percentage in the next phase by opting out of any withdrawal in the preceding phase.

Account Closure and Restart:

• If the client fails to achieve the target profit, their account will be closed. In such a scenario, the client can restart by taking a subscription again according to the plans described.
• After withdrawing profit, the trading account will be reset, and it will not be possible to open any new trades in the real account.
• Access to the platform and services requires paying a Subscription Fees. No refunds are given for the Subscription Fees once the service has started, such as through trading or if the evaluation is not successfully completed.

Subscription Fee Refund:

• Upon successfully meeting the Evaluation Phase requirements, your subscription fee becomes entirely refundable. This ensures that you are eligible to receive a complete refund of the subscription fee associated with your Funded Account upon initiating your First Withdrawal in any phase.

Risk Management:

• Trading in the Forex market involves inherent risks, and participants must exercise prudence and sound risk management practices while trading.
• The Funded Fx shall not be liable for any losses incurred by the participant during trading activities.

Trader Conduct:

• Participants must adhere to ethical trading practices and must not engage in any fraudulent or manipulative activities.
• Any breach of conduct may result in immediate termination from the program.
• Failure to engage in any activity within the demo account for a period exceeding 60 days will result in the termination of the subscription and the closure of the account.

Program Amendments:

• The Funded Fx reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the program at any time without prior notice.
• Changes to the program will be communicated to participants through the official communication channels.

Intellectual Property:

• All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, and program materials, are the sole property of The Funded Fx and protected by applicable laws.
• By participating in The Funded Fx Trader Program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions in their entirety. These terms represent the entire agreement between you and The Funded Fx, superseding any prior discussions or agreements, whether oral or written.
